How Do You Charge For Your Services?


We charge on a percentage basis of total revenue collected. This gives us an incentive to obtain the maximum revenue due and do so in a timely manner, or we do not get paid. Additionally based upon the results of a recent survey, our fees are lower than the national average.

What Services Are Included With This Fee?

Our fee always includes a dedicated staff to assist you and your staff with any questions you may have, your practice, patients and database are setup to begin billing, your practice is setup with our clearinghouse for electronic claims submission and all medical billing and coding processes are performed for you.

Is Outsource Management Group, LLC HIPAA Compliant?

Yes, Outsource Management Group, LLC upholds the highest standards and complies with all HIPAA privacy and security regulations.

Does OMG Provide Credentialing For Physicians?

Yes, Outsource Management Group, LLC can handle the process of obtaining your credentials with all major insurance companies. We follow the process from start to finish so your paperwork does not get left on a desk or lost in a paper shuffle.

Who Does A Patient Call With Billing Questions?

All patients call our toll free number with any questions that they may have regarding their claims or statements. Questions are answered courteously, and every effort is made to expedite a settlement.  Patient support is never compromised.

Is There Any Software or Hardware To Buy?

No, we do not require you to buy expensive software or hardware to handle your medical billing, coding or practice management needs.

When Are Claims Submitted For Payment?

Claims are submitted all day, 5 days a week. All claims received from your office will be entered and submitted for payment within 24 hours. The only exception to this is on holidays and weekends.

Is My Data Protected From Deletion?

Yes, your data is backed up daily on a hard drive and a disc. Your backup is available to you on disc by request.

When I Call Will I Speak With A Real Person?

Yes, our phone is always answered by a receptionist ready to assist you and direct your call to the proper personnel.
