Melissa Clark has over 12 years professional clinical experience in the medical field as a Board Certified Radiologist Technician, as well as an American Health Information Management Association Certified Coding Specialist for Physician based practices.

Prior to co-founding Outsource Management Group, LLC, Melissa Clark was employed as a Radiologist Technician & Medical Billing assistant with a Chiropractic and 2 Ambulatory clinics, upon becoming certified she held the position of Director of Medical Billing for a large medical group in Bloomington, Indiana.

Melissa Clark has extensive knowledge in all areas of HIPPA, privacy and security, and application of HIPPA requirements in the physician office setting and in other modalities of medicine including, PT, OT, and DME suppliers.

Melissa's extensive training, clinical experience in a medical practice and the day-to-day operations as the director of medical billing and coding for a medical group afforded her the confidence, knowledge and professionalism needed to handle all aspects of the medical billing and practice management operations.

Outsource Management Group, LLC was born in a small home office in Bloomington, Indiana. As the business began to quickly outgrow this office, it was soon moved into its current much larger facility in an office complex.

Fueled by the professional drive and determination of its co-founders Melissa Clark and Kathryn Disney, Outsource Management Group, LLC has now grown over 2,000% since moving into its current facility and continues to grow at a rapid pace due to the professionalism, experience, and sheer drive of Melissa Clark.
